Service Description

A creative and soulful exploration of ourselves and our relationship to the world around us. Using dynamic and playful exercises as well as calmer mindful activities, together with an introduction to compassion-focused therapy, we will connect to ourselves, to each other and to nature. Through movement, improvisation games and other fun activities, we will explore our playfulness as well as our empathetic and compassionate sides. Tim Goldman is a trained Dramatherapist and actor with many years of experience working creatively and experientially with people of all ages. He brings together his skills in group work, improvisation, and therapeutic play to shape this workshop.
