Current Classes

Our classes take place inside our Mongolian Yurt and the Eco barn at Lopemede Farm.

Engaging in Performing Arts activities, with likeminded others, in Nature, has been linked to numerous positive benefits:

  • Stress and anxiety management

  • build self-esteem, confidence and self-worth

  • Singing, Acting and Dancing can improve your physical health, with focus on your breath and moving the body.

  • Reduce loneliness. Help you meet and get to know new people. Connect you to your local community.

  • A focus on Play and Fun can produce laughter and boost your mood.

  • Prioritizing creativity can cultivate meaning, eliminate self-consciousness and create playfulness in life.
